Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In this situation, contact must be made within 1hr of the registered delivery time, else the item will be determined to be used and return not possible.
Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept any products back for restocking, even if the product is unopened. So please make your purchase only after researching if the product is right for you first.

Faulty Item return
Adult products can be manufactured incorrectly or become faulty within an unreasonable amount of time. If this has happened to a product purchased from us you will need to post the item back to us at the above address, please include the original packaging if you have it available, its ok if you don't.
In some cases the fault might be a simple fix and if so we will return it promptly, if the fault is not a simple fault, we will replace the item for you and return the new item as fast as possible, postage free.
We can not exchange a faulty item for a different item or refund under any circumstance. It will be replaced for the same item.
